Perfect Balance

Today I thought that I would write about an area that can be seen from Los Alcázares but is relatively undiscovered. El Carmoli is timeless, it's a residential area with a very cosmopolitan community. An area of particular historical relevance to the Mar Menor region.

The featured house we have is a 1,000 m2 detached villa. If value for money is something you crave, this house certainly offers that. 

Originally a farmhouse some 70 years ago, it's begging for someone to modernise it. To give you an idea of property values between Los Alcázares and El Carmoli, a two bedroom flat measuring 75m2 in the centre of Los Alcázares will set you back 120,000€, this house is 1,000 m2 and is priced at 195,000€.
